Since establishing Iraqi state in 1921 women are played leading roles in different fields, but there are many things increasing the size of this unemployment such as costumes, traditions, and decreasing in training programs. As well as American occupation on Iraq 2003 imposed a fact of discouraged to the direction of Iraqi women toward works because of decline of security situation, and also because of issuing a specific laws fall the desire to have jobs. Political participation of Iraqi women become good by allocating a quarter seats of Iraqi parliament, in addition to its participation executive power in closer of the last percentage. But this participation stills an active because of absent of intellectual inequality of these women.
