There are dangerous problems facing Iraq, therefore the constitution have to put foundations to solving depending on flexible and rationalist balance between multiplicity and unity. These problems could be following into:
- Federalism.
- Ethnics.
- Sectarian, geographic, and joining.
- Religion / sect. - Identity of Iraq.
All these problems introverting on engaging complex social, psychological, and cultural problems.
