The multiplicity based on central idea, which means that there are social group & powers inside the sole Iraqi community. The multiplicity might be nationally, religious, sectarian, social, geography or economic. S0 achieving the integration & unity are important for the political stability & the continuity of the society .The integration means the participation of various Iraqi societies & sects to establish an exchanged trust among them. Integration is a civilized, cultural & social project, which has its regional & national dimensions. The way of achieving the Iraqi national integration must be by imposing law to get ride of the violence &chose the correct way in controlling the country in a decentralization way . The government is not the only one responsible for achieving security. The civil society institutions must also participate in the security mission.
