The writer show from this one of important differences that become after Uthman`s empire claps and divided it colony, Turkey realize how difficult negotiation about south borderlands. The writer separate a chapter from his research to details the Mousel case for compromise through the US by a point of an international committee. The writer follow the brood line that agreed finagling in executive form after that the writer preview a political treaty of ( Iraqi-British-Turkey ) , they describe it as appositive treaty , from another side of the writer research he saw the reflection of the Europium situation on the territory relationship of the meddle east , then he dealing with the Iraqi policy and the Iraqi-Turkish 1946 treaty and the reasons which leads to hold this treaty and finally the writer finished his research use the reflection of the cold war on the era and how the United States makes heritance to include the states of the era in military alliance to face which he describe the danger of the communism and the Soviet threats . The writer depends on many of the most famous historical and policy resources.
