Researcher began his study with real truth that the Middle East according to the statistic of strategic study center of Washington in 2000 is the first area in armament and spend money for the armament, explain that Israel and Iran these tow countries have usual armament program and unusual armament program specially Israel is undeclared nuclear country in the area and he refer to Iran as country produce nuclear weapons very soon. Researcher refers to the difficulties which restriction from constriction clean area from nuclear weapon in the Middle East, especially in policy and security issues. He refers to followed procedures to control Iran's nuclear program according to Iran to begin sitting regional and international situation. American military choice if Iran insist on its policy, legal and technical choice will not be effect.
